Discuss the findings together
Select text in a finding, participant quote, or recommendation and add a comment. The passage is highlighted, with a pin that opens the conversation beside it. Everyone in your workspace can see the discussion in the context of the report.
Bring a product manager into a question about the roadmap, ask marketing to explore a promising segment, or work through a recommendation with your research team. Each conversation stays attached to the passage that started it.
Bring the right people in
Type @ in a comment or reply to choose a teammate from your workspace. They receive an in-app notification and an email with a link back to the thread, so they can pick up the conversation with the evidence in view.
Reply in the thread to work through an idea, or leave an emoji reaction to acknowledge it. Participants receive in-app notifications about new replies.
Keep track of what is still open
The Comments menu lists the report’s threads, and its count shows how many remain open. Jump from a thread to its passage, resolve it when the point is settled, and reopen it if you need to revisit the discussion.
Comments stay with the report version they were written on, so you can return to the original conversation after regenerating your insights. They are visible only inside your workspace; people reading a shared report do not see them.
