Pay for the minutes you interview, not a flat fee per call
A flat $30 per interview meant a quick 10-minute call cost as much as a full hour. Now you pay for the minutes you use, and every workspace gets 50 free credits, about 100 minutes, every month.
One credit buys two minutes
A typical 25-minute conversation uses 12.5 credits. We stop counting at the hour mark, and you're never charged for an interview that doesn't qualify, like a call that ends too early or fails analysis.
50 free credits every month
Every workspace now gets 50 free credits a month. That's about 100 minutes of interviews, with unlimited studies and teammates. They reset at the end of each month, so do use them.
Pro, when you run research regularly
Pro starts at $190 a month for 100 credits and goes up to $2,700 for 2,000 credits. The bigger the plan, the less each minute costs, from $0.95 down to about $0.68, and paying yearly gets you two months free. Busy month? Top up at your plan's rate. If you're on pay as you go
Nothing changes unless you want it to. You can keep paying $30 per interview for as long as it works for you.
When you'd like to switch, open Settings, then Billing, and click Choose a plan next to your credit balance. Pick a Pro size and whether to pay monthly or yearly. The page suggests a size based on your recent usage, and there's a calculator if you want to check the numbers first. Then click Upgrade and pay.
Any interviews you've already paid for and haven't used turn into 15 credits each, which covers a 30-minute interview. They stay valid for 12 months, on top of your plan's credits.
